Most kitchens were upgraded with white stone countertops, white cabinetry, modern flooring, and new appliances. The overall aesthetic leans toward a bright, streamlined look that aligns with current rental market expectations. Materials were selected for durability, ease of maintenance, and a neutral style that works well across various unit types.
