This was a full-scope renovation of a residential unit on Gerrard Street, covering all phases from structural upgrades to final finishes. The project involved framing adjustments, drywall installation, electrical and plumbing upgrades, and full interior finishes. New flooring, paint, kitchen, and bathroom installations were completed to meet modern standards. Every element—from layout improvements to material selection—was handled to deliver a clean, functional, and move-in-ready unit. This renovation reflects Shabta’s ability to manage complete turnarounds efficiently with high-quality results.
